Elizabeth Gilmore is the founder and creator of Lizzy's Allergy Friendly Foods.

Elizabeth first began Lizzy's in 2022 when she was frustrated with seeing food in the supermarkets with "May Contain" statements. As a person who sufferred from multiple allergies and intolerances and has children who has them too, Elizabeth knew how exasperating it was to find something that is perfect ingredient-wise and then spot the dreaded "May Contain" statement.

Currently, she has developed a plain muffin mix which can have whatever you like thrown into it; berries, mashed banana, apple and cinnamon, and a chocolate one too. They are vegan and free from gluten, soy, peanuts, dairy, eggs, tree nuts (cashew, walnut, hazelnut, macadamia, and almond), as well as corn and potato. Also, as a bonus, they come in compostable packaging and will break down in your compost bin.

Lizzy's is a very conscious brand of both allergies and intolerances and is eco-conscious too.
