About the Understanding Allergies in Australia Survey
The purpose of this survey is to better understand the lived experience of people in Australia who are living with allergies, as well as to gather broader community perspectives from people living without allergies.
This survey aims to:
- Understand the lived experience of individuals and families affected by allergies and allergy-related conditions.
- Measure public knowledge and attitudes toward allergies.
- Identify systemic barriers, stigma, and inclusion gaps.
- Inform community-led advocacy, education and policies.
- Strengthen evidence-based support initiatives for the allergy community.
Please Note: This survey serves the allergy community and is not commercially driven. The responses will contribute to building more support for people living with allergies in Australia. Previous feedback collected from the community has helped Allergy Life Australia develop initiatives such as Allergy Life Health and Allergy Life Aid.
