Allergy Life offers this website, including all information, tools, associated social media platforms and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

MY Cards
The MY Cards are a range of cards that include MY Allergy Cards, MY Intolerance Cards, MY Condition Cards and MY Preference Cards. The MY Cards are an exclusive Allergy Life initiative that has been created by Allergy Life to support the lives of those living with allergies, intolerances and autoimmune conditions.
The MY Cards are not physical cards, they are digital and are emailed to the user to be added into their iOS or Android smartphones.
The information placed on the card is based on the information supplied by the purchaser through the fillable form completed by the purchaser on order. By purchasing an MY Card and submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of purchases and creation of the product.
Allergy Life (the seller) is under no circumstances liable for personal injury, or death resulting from the negligence of the Seller's products, agents, sub-contractors, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, directors or employees.
The terminologies on the MY Cards have been created and set up based on best industry and market practices from the experience and expertise of Allergy Life and in the best interest in the benefit of safe and happy living for the user. Allergy Life cannot be responsible for consequences resulting from activities where any of the MY Cards have been presented, that includes but is not limited to ordering meals, ordering drinks, purchasing products or purchasing services.
The MY Cards and all contents, including but not limited to text, images, graphics or code are the property of Allergy Life and are protected by copyright, trademarks, database and other intellectual property rights. You may display and copy, download or print portions of the material from the different areas of the Service only for your own non-commercial use, or to place an order with Allergy Life. Any other use is strictly prohibited and may violate copyright, trademark and other laws. These Terms do not grant you a license to use any trademark of Allergy Life or its affiliates. You further agree not to use, change or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from the Service.
Out of Stocks
Allergy Life will endeavour to ensure that all goods ordered by you are supplied to you. However, please be aware that our inventory can fluctuate from time to time due to sales demand, so an item indicated as “stocked” when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock.
Unfortunately, we cannot process back-orders, so in this event, we will make every effort to contact you by email or phone immediately to notify you of the lead time. In this circumstance we will also offer you the option to cancel the order in return for a full refund.
Ordering
Our products are for sale to adults over the age of eighteen years. By proceeding to purchase through our website, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age.
Packaging and postage/shipping is an additional charge, which has been factored into total order cost at the point of purchase at Online Checkout.
Allergy Life reserves the right to accept or reject your order within 7 business days of order placement. In the event that a transaction is declined, we reserve the right to contact you using the contact details you have provided to reissue payment. If we do not receive a response from you to rectify the issue within the 7 business day period, we reserve the right to reject your order.
Order Changes or Cancellations
As we strive to process orders quickly, there is only a brief period of time during which you may change or cancel an order. All orders are processed within 24 hours on our secure merchant facility and this process incurs irreversible fees. If you wish to cancel an order, a full refund will be issued, minus any transaction and/or other applicable fees incurred by Allergy Life due to the cancellation of your order. If you should make a mistake when ordering, please contact us immediately and if your order has not yet been dispatched we will try to accommodate your request.
Product Returns/ Refunds
We will reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is deemed faulty, in damaged condition or incorrect.
If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us via our contact form within 3 business days of having had the item(s) delivered to you.
If unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we will reimburse you using the payment method you initially used to make the payment, for the amount debited for the purchase, including packaging and postage charges. We do not allow returns for change of mind.
To let us know what went wrong, please use the contact link in the header or footer of the website. Typically we will get back to you within 24-48 hours to remedy any issues. We pride ourselves on our high level of customer service and we want to hear from you if you have any concerns.
Pricing Policy
Allergy Life is carefully monitored by our staff to provide customers with competitive pricing. Product prices are dynamically updated by our in-house purchasing system when price changes are received from our suppliers. All of our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax), regardless of shipping address.
Our prices can be accessed from our home page, products pages, landing pages and some of our social media platforms, and we reserve the right to change our prices at any time.
Delivery- Packaging, Postage and Shipping
Where advised, Allergy Life packages, posts and ships products from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia with Australia Post, which provides domestic customers with the option to ship standard post or express. You can get a delivery cost estimate on the product page, in your shopping cart or at check-out, that accounts for weight, size and packaging.
All our parcels are tracked with Australia Post and we will email you a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
With respect to certain products, especially bulk items, they may be packaged, posted and shipped directly from certain suppliers from Australia wide. Where this is applicable, a separate delivery rate will apply and a shipping cost estimate on the product page, in your shopping cart or at check-out.
Orders are dispatched daily, Monday through Friday.
Allergy Life does not ship outside of Australia.
Limitation of Liability
To the full extent permitted by law, our liability for breach of an implied warranty or condition is limited to the supply of the goods and/or services again or payment of the costs of having those goods and/or services supplied again.
We do not accept liability for loss, including consequential loss suffered by you arising from product(s) we have sold to you or the information we have provided you.
Security
We take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information which we hold about you. Personal information may be stored both electronically on our computer system, and in hard-copy form. Firewalls, 2048 Bit v3 SSL encryption, passwords, anti-virus software and email filters act to protect all our electronic information.
We do not store credit card information, we securely submit credit card information to our bank for processing.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Shopify payment gateways for online purchasing from Allergy Life. Shopify Payments is tier-one PCI-DSS compliant, meaning it adheres to the highest security measures as set by Visa and MasterCard, so you can rest assured any personal information is being held to the highest quality standard.
Indemnity
By using our website and associated social media platforms, you agree to indemnify and hold Allergy Life from all damages, actions, claims, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising from, or in connection with, your use of our website and associated social media platforms.
We also take all due care in ensuring that our website is free of any virus, worm, Trojan horse and/or malware, however we are not responsible for any damage to your computer system which arises in connection with your use of our website or any linked website.
Laws
This Agreement, its Terms and Conditions, the Use of this Site and affiliated social media platforms shall be governed by the laws in existence in Australia. You agree that any claim relating to the Site and our service can only be dealt with in a court in the state of Victoria, Australia.

The terms of this Agreement remain effective even if terminated by either party.
